Katelyn's Last Soccer Game

Today was Katelyn's last soccer game of the spring season. She played well. Here are a few pictures from the game this morning.

This season has been frustrating for the team, but Katelyn has had a good time. The teams were VERY uneven, which made the games not so much fun. The kids on Katelyn's team were actually scared some games to even try to get in there and kick the ball. But then again, all of our team were 4 and 5 year olds. We didn't have a single 6 year old on the team. Most of the other teams were predominantly 6 year olds, with just 1 or maybe 2 young ones. Even though they don't keep score for this age group, I promise you that in all but one of our games, we got beat by over 20 goals! Last week's game was the most competitive game we've had, and it was actually fun for the kids. This was our 1st experience with AYSO. Oh well, live and learn!!!
