Fall Break - Day 3

Monday started out as a yucky, rainy day, but by mid morning the rain had stopped and the sun had come out! We quickly changed into our swimsuits and headed to the beach! We wanted to get in some play time before it started raining again. It turned out that it didn't rain anymore! We spent about 3 hours on the beach playing before coming inside for lunch. After lunch and rest time, we headed back outside for some more fun! What looked like a rainy Monday turned out to be a great day!

The girls also met some new friends! There's another family here from Alabama that has 3 girls: Ally (12), Bailey (9), and Morgan (4).   Robert had a hard time remembering their names at first, so he referred to them as Huey, Dewey, and Louie!

Puddin cooked supper again tonight - roast, potatoes, and carrots! Yummy yummy!!!

This was what I found at rest time - Rachel and Katelyn had been reading together and listening to their MP3 player, but as you can see, Katelyn gave up and went to sleep!
