Rachel is in Second Grade!

Today was Rachel's first day as an official 2nd grader!!! She was so excited this morning! I'm thankful that she loves school and looks forward to going each day! This year I'm coordinating a parent-volunteer morning drop-off program, so this morning we were there early to make sure things went smoothly. I parked and was getting my stuff and Rachel was almost in the front door of the school before I finally got her attention and managed to get a hug and tell her to have a super day and I loved her! When I asked her about it this evening, she said "Mommy, I was just so excited to be there!" Here are a few pictures of Rachel before we left the house this morning.
