She Shoots - She Scores!!!!!

Rachel started her basketball career last Saturday! She is playing Upward Basketball at church. She's in the 1st and 2nd grade league. She's enjoying it so far! There are 4 girls on her team. Last week they played 3-on-3 since both teams had only 4 players. If they play a team with 5 players, then they'll play 4-on-4. Anyway, Rachel did well! She did a good job of staying with her man on defense. The only problem was sometimes it was like she thought she had to stay with her man on offense too!!! Below is a video of Rachel playing on Saturday. The highlights are of her forcing her man out of bounds on defense, and then dribbling up the court and scoring!! Please excuse my almost constant laughter. I forget that the video picks up my voice!! Oh well! You can mute it if you want!!! By the way, Rachel is #7 in blue and she has her hair in a ponytail.
