Both Rachel & Katelyn really like to play dress-up. Katelyn usually picks out the same 1 or 2 outfits that she prefers, but Rachel tends to take various pieces and make up her own unique creations. This is one of her latest. Notice the hair clips helping to keep the scarf together as some kind of top! And you've got to love the leopard print heels with the outfit too!!!
