Rachel was Paying Attention!

This morning I was talking to the girls about how they should behave when their friend Chloe came over. (See my earlier post for pictures.) I explained how Chloe was our guest, and they should let her choose what she wanted to play with - even if it was their favorite toy. Rachel spoke up and said "I know that Mommy. Real heroes put others first!" For those of you reading this who are involved with the Game Day Central VBS theme this year, you'll recognize that as one of the theme's for the week. I was impressed that not only did Rachel listen, but she also remembered it and was able to incorporate it into her everyday life. I'll have to tell her teachers that their time wasn't wasted!
