Today we had our friend Chloe come over and play for a while since her mommy had surgery last week and is now recovering. Chloe and Katelyn are in the same classes at church (Sunday School, choir, AWANA Cubbies, VBS, etc.) and are big buddies. We started out the morning by playing outside for a while in the backyard. It doesn't take long when you're playing hard in the heat to work up an appetite, so we broke for lunch shortly after 11:00. If you've ever eaten with Katelyn, you know that there's no such thing as a quick meal!!! After lunch, we played inside. All three girls played really well together and got along great. They really enjoyed playing house! I guess they're at the age where they really like playing house and using their imaginations. We just got back from taking Chloe back home and the girls are resting. I thought I'd go ahead and post these pictures from today too.
