Tuesday evening we celebrated Papaw's birthday by grilling steaks at our house! It was quite a good feast - salad, steak, baked potatoes, bread, cake, and ice cream! His birthday wasn't actually until Thursday, but since we were planning on being out of town, we celebrated a couple of days early. Mamaw & Papaw and Lloyd & Wendy came to our house to celebrate. Tuesday afternoon while I was trying to get things done around the house, I told the girls they should go make Papaw a card. They both did a great job at making him a special card. Katelyn even made a folder to put her card into! Give that girl some paper and tape and she's happy & content for hours!!!!
